I recently read an article online which changed my perception of the role of our soldiers.So often we hear of the deaths of soldiers, so young, their lives tragically taken while on duty. However, we seldom hear of those men and women who are injured in the line of duty. Once they return to the UK, they feel forgotten by the people they put their lives on the line for as the support they so vitally neeed simply does not exist. Help for Heores intends to put this right.

So I have decided to enter 'Tough Guy' again on 1st February 2009 this time to raise funds on behalf of  Help for Heroes
