The idea is simple. Do you think I can give up alcohol for the whole of February? Yeah, I know it's the shortest month of the year but this is still a tough challenge.  Although not alcoholic, anyone who know me will understand what an 'ask' this is. No Harvey's ale from 31 January to 1 March.  No Malbec with my lasagne. I don't reckon I can do it.

'extratime' is, as they all are, a worthwhile charity, but it is special to Brighton and Hove and it does provide much needed opportunities for inclusive after school activities for children with and without disabilities.
