Jon Pumfleet...if I feel like I did today when we run the London Marathon in 2 weeks, then I might need a piggy back from you at certain points!

In April we WILL be running the London Marathon - walking is NOT an option!

We'll be raising money for MS-UK.  MS-UK do a brilliant job supporting anyone affected by multiple sclerosis, with a relatively small amount of funding.  Please do look at the MS-UK website for more information www.ms-uk.org

We would both be so grateful if you could support the charity and at the same time give us much needed motivation to train towards and then run the 26.2 mile London Marathon. 

Our aims:

MARK: Guatenteed a personal best as a first time marathon runner. 4 hours would be nice!

JON: Seven time marathon runner. Targeting a personal best and to break the 4 hour barrier!

BOTH:  Raise as much money as possible for MS-UK!
