Welcome!

My fitness coach, first aid specialist, nutritionist and loyal work colleague, Rob Staines and I have decided to 'Cycle the Nile' in aid of the Children's Cancer Charity, CLIC Sargent.  The 450km cycle ride at the end of February 2007 is set to challenge, both physically and mentally.  Rob has phoned ahead to check availability of motorised tandems but to no avail..... it's for real and I can't use stabilisers (unless I get a note from my mum).

Our plan is to raise in excess of £6,000 for this truly amazing charity and worthy cause, so please donate what you can as every pound matters.
