My Name is mark Bywater. I want to complete this challenge to raise money and awareness for Huntington’s disease. Huntington’s is a hereditary disease that my Grandmother suffers from and the charity is working hard all the time to find some kind of drugs for it. Until now there has been nothing you can do however my Nan has recently been part of a drugs trial that is going very well. I really hope my running will help pay for further investigation and trials in the hope that one day we can stop this horrible illness destroying anymore lives.
On Monday 2nd of May 2011 I will run 5 and a half back to back marathons over 6 days
Day 1 26 miles from Ashton Gate Bristol to Avon cliff rail station just outside Bath.
Day 2 26 miles from Avon Cliff Railway station to a village called Willcot just outside Hungerford.
Day 3 26 miles from Willcot to Newbury
Day 4 26.1 miles from Newbury to the far side of Reading where the cycle path meets the A4.
Day 5 18 miles from Reading to Bray (Just outside Eton)
Day 6 26.7 miles from Bray to Wembley stadium.
