THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR INCREDIBLE SUPPORT! There is still time to sponsor me and make that all important donation to Help For Heroes. The London Marathon was a humbling experience, running with Ben McBean was very special and although the slowest marathon I have ever done, it was by far the most rewarding. Then, our 350 mile bike ride through France.......another miraculous week with 260 inspirational people from all walks of life united by a common bond..Helping our wounded Heroes, what could be better! Not sure what the next challenge is but Ken Hames is trying to convince me that walking 1000 miles across a desert is a good idea!!!! WATCH THIS SPACE!!! Thanks again, you are all wonderful! Mark
