I know that it's really short notice but I've literaly just decided to do the Great Capital 10km run and if there's a chance of raising a few pound for Help a London Child then that would be grand.

I appreciate there are a lot of people doing things for charity so don't worry if you can't donate, or if you are already sponsoring someone else this summer that's cool. But as an incentive, if I manage to hit my pretty modest target before the day of the run, then the skirt you can see in this picture will be what I wear! (Some of you are already thinking - " he'll use any excuse to wear it!!")
