Hi there, thanks for visiting my Just Giving Page.

In October 2009, I am heading out to Tanzania and I'm going to attempt to get to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, raising much needed funds for Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association along the way.

This is dedicated to the memory of my amazing Mum, who sadly passed away in February this year aged just 65 - eight months after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

The courage and strength of character my mum showed in dealing with her diagnosis, and indeed coping with the disease itself, was an inspiration to all of us.

It will be a wonderful legacy to be able to raise funds in her name for such a worthwhile charity.
