London to Paris Cycle Ride · 10 September 2008 ·

EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Hi there, yes you are reading correctly, I am going to cycle from London to Paris – only 295 miles in 4 days!! – I would really appreciate your assistance in raising as much as possible for a charity very close to my heart.
I have for the last 19 years worked as an investment advisor for clients who have suffered a brain injury following an accident and have decided to get fit and raise as much as possible for this very worth while charity who provide support to the individual’s family during a very stressful time.

Well I am starting my training and hope that you will support me in this challenge – it is not going to be easy.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Headway - the brain injury association will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Please sponsor me.

Many thanks for your support.
