I'm running on Sunday 28 September, but I'll be taking donations for 6 months afterwards so please feel free to donate after the event.  I'm hoping to run anywhere around three hours, but being a fellrunner makes it very hard to predict how i'll fare on the roads....

The Hospice exists to provide highly specialised palliative care for people living with advanced diseases from the communities of Chester, Deeside, Ellesmere port and Rural Cheshire.

Our services are provided free of charge to anyone in medical need. These include Medical, Nursing, Social, Emotional and Spiritual support for Patients and their families.

Our running costs are over £6,000 each day and we rely heavily on the community we serve.
