Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
As many of you know, I entered this event last year in memory of Leo, who died at the end of August 2007 of cancer. He is as missed today as he was then, and I decided that I would honour his hopes for the Karen Morris Memorial Trust and enter again this year. Having raised so much last time, and realising this was probably a one off, I have decided to concentrate on a single charity, and am asking for your support and money again. Any amount will do, but remember to add a credit crunching 10% to what ever you decide is appropriate.
There is an additional impetus this year, in that my father was diagnosed with lung cancer 8 months ago, and in supporting him, I have realised just how important the non NHS charities are to the well being and success of the treatment of cancer in this country. Give generously.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Karen Morris Memorial Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
