Story

Firstly thanks for visiting my fundraising page, it really means alot to me.

I am running my only Marathon at the London Marathon on 13th April 2008, and as most of you have already heard my body is just not designed for running, so please help me make it to the finish by sponsoring generously!!.

I am running for the St Francis Hospice which as many of you will know is a wonderful local charity which has provided invaluable care for many people. Perhaps you may know somebody who has been cared for by them as well as giving family support through what is a really difficult time. The hospice costs over £15,000 a day to run so every penny helps.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Saint Francis Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please dig deep

Many thanks for your support

Mark
