Hi guys,

Thats it, time to sort myself out, and in the process, support a great charity.  I`ve decided to run the Great South Run in Southsea; a 10 mile run to Portsmouth in October and also the 50 mile Long Mynd hike.

This is a great charity, and one close to my heart and want other people to benefit from the great work they do.

So come on guys, dig in and donate what you can to support my charity for this year, and spur me on to the finish lines.
