In November I aim to run 100 kilometres (25 km a day on four consecutive days) across the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. It provides care and support for people with MND and also funds research in to the disease to help improve treatment and ultimately find a cure.
