Latest news: I finished the race in 23 hours and 40 minutes, beating my 24 hour target.

On 20th June I'll be taking on the Styrkeproven ("Test of Strength"), a 340 mile (540 km) single stage endurance cycle race across the mountains of Norway from Trondheim to Oslo. This is not only a personal challenge, but will raise money in support of the Parkinson's Disease Society. Last year, as some of you know the family was affected by Parkinson's Disease.
