This year I'm going to attempt the Tydfilian Roman Run, which is only 16 miles, but as it involves crossing the Brecons, can reasonably be described as 'undulating'. Before 28th July I've only run a maximum of 8 mile in the last 18 months, so it's gonna be tough.
