I have been a Haslar Visitor for just over one year.  To get to Haslar I often use the bicycle as I derive much pleasure cycling through some really nice scenery.  There is much to see in the UK and, for me, a bicycle is one of the best ways of doing this. This is my first solo adventure and I am cycling all the way from Felixtowe in Suffolk to the Shetland Isle! It forms part of the North Sea Cycle Route and I will be cycling just over 1400 miles.   I have now competed the whole of the England and Scotland sections of the North Sea Route. I  have been very tired at times but this has been made up by the magnificant scenery I have passed through and the many very nice people I have met.
