I HAVE DONE IT - I HAVE LOST MY TARGET - 2 STONES!!! So now all I have to do is harass you to give me money! When I got on the scales, I screamed and woke the household (and I think half of Birmingham) to witness that I’d achieved my goal of 2 stones!! I AM SO PLEASED with myself and everyone who has supported me. Thank you, I really appreciate it.Those who haven’t given yet PLEASE BE GENEROUS. We still need LOADS OF MONEY.
Cri Du Chat Syndrome is an abnormality resulting in the deletion of part of the short arm of chromosome 5. The Cri Du Chat Syndrome Support Group exists to support families who have a child with the syndrome.
My great nephew, Matias aged 4, has the syndrome and it is unclear whether he will ever walk, talk or what his mental capacity is.
Since 1991 the group has held an annual conference so that families can come together for education, discussion of problems and for social and personal support. There are insufficient funds for this year’s conference so I am asking you to help me raise money for the support group by sponsoring me to lose weight ( which I have now done!!).
The conference is an essential support for parents like my nephew Damian and his wife Sirpa. So please support us in this fund raising venture.
