My story

Hello everyone -

So I've started the madness of training for the London Marathon and to be honest it's not going that well. However I'm determined to complete the marathon in a reasonably good time (3 hours 45 perhaps?) and any financial encouragement you can give me will really help. It's difficult to get out of bed at 6 in the morning to do a jog, but if I know I've got you behind me it might put more of a spring in my step.

If that's not enough incentive, then think of the charity. I'm running for Children with AIDS who do amazing work for young children who are infected with AIDS or who have parents carrying the disease. These kids have been given a really bad deal and this small charity does everything it can to make their lives comfortable, fulfilling and also gives them the emotional support to keep going.

It's a small charity so any money you can give will make a huge difference: my target is £1500, so I need all the help you can give me. And yes, I will be donating too in addition to running.
