Asthma UK is the charity dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the 5.2 million people in the UK who have asthma. We work with people with asthma, healthcare professionals and researchers to develop and share expertise to help people increase their understanding and reduce the effect of asthma on their lives. My personal message:

As most of you well know I am built for love, not running. However, this charity (like Parkinson's Disease Society that I ran for a few years ago) is very close to me and I really want to do my bit.

Please help me raise some serious money, I am the one who will have to wear the lime green vest and those of you who know me are fully aware that green is simply not my colour. Even if it is to laugh at me at 19 miles or just for the attached photo- show me the money!
