Help a Capital Child is the charity of 95-106 Capital FM. The charity, which was started in 1975, raises money for disadvantaged children and young people across all of the areas where Capital transmits.

Thank you for visiting my Trek Sahara 2009, Help a London Child, fundraising page.

I am Joining Capital 95.8's Help a London Child on an incredible journey across the Sahara Desert. This 100km trek across the world's biggest desert will be challenging with its endless sand dunes, vast white salt pans and immense plains.
