Meadow House Hospice provides Specialist Palliative Care Service in West London. The in-patients’ unit and Day Hospice aim to help patients adjust to the physical, psychological and social implications of progressive illness. Specialist nurses provide palliative care at home and a family support team assists families, both practically and emotionally.

Donations help us to provide additional comforts for patients and relatives at the Hospice. They also provide facilities for our doctors and nurses in their treatment and support of patients and carers in their own homes. We are grateful for any contribution you may wish to give..
