Thank you  for visiting my fundraising page.

Donations help us to provide additional comforts for patients and relatives at the Hospice. They also provide facilities for our doctors and nurses in their treatment and support of patients and carers in their own homes. We are grateful for any contribution you may wish to give..

Please use the comments section to indicate if you wish us to record your donation in memory of a loved one or for any other purpose e.g. the event you held to raise the money.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Ealing Primary Care Trust Charitable Fund (Meadow House Hospice) gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
