Well, after quite a few years of saying "someday", Andrew and I have bitten the bullet and signed ourselves up for 26 miles worth of bucketlist busting pain on Sunday 8 November 2009.
I'm really not a good runner (though I am working on it!), so I just keep telling myself that it's mind over matter...
We take our bodies for granted considering how amazing, yet delicate, they are, but we take the mind for granted even more.
That's why I'm running for Autism Research UK. There needs to be way more work done in diagnosing autism and helping those who are affected by it to deal with it.
