At the ripe old age of 41 years and eight months I thought I'd hung up my runners for good. It would appear not!

If you know me you will know how privileged I feel that I've been able to support Crisis over the last five years. Doing this gives me an opportunity to give a little bit more by doing something that I (allegedly) love.

Homelessness has a stigma it doesnt deserve. The reasons for it can be complex and diverse. There is much more to it than meets the eye. Life is short, and it should be filled with happiness. Please help me make a little bit of a difference and put a smile back on someone's face.
