This year I thought running a marathon isn't enough! I've decided to join the Trussell Trust's '5 at 50 Challenge' to run 5 events to support Chris Mould (Director of the Trussell Trust) totalling over 120K.. We've done the 5K in May and are now training for the London 10K, Half and Full Marathon, plus a 45Km mountain run in the Lake District (yikes!!) and all before the end of October!

The Trussell Trust urgently needs your money more than ever in these times of economic difficulties - there are lots of people going hungry so it's never been a better time to help! You can do your bit, too, by sponsoring me to complete all the runs in one piece. The need is urgent and is real.

This challenge isn't going to be easy (especially the Lake District run) but I'm confident in the knowledge I may have your support to spur me on.  So, please dig deep and help The Trussell Trust to continue restoring dignity and reviving hope in 2009.
