Hi Everyone,

I'm training and preparing to take part in the David Livingstone Challenge in Zambia, 5th-15th November 2009. This is a very worthwhile event as it supports many charities. 

The challenge involves:  helping on a local community project, which on the last challenge in 2007 the participants helped to renovate the dormatories of a school which consisted mainly of HIV orphans, camping and trekking in the bush,canoeing with crocodiles and hippos (a bit frightening I must admit) and white water rafting (the activities are at my expense). Quite a physically demanding challenge.

All of the funds raised will go directly towards the charities' work, as flights, taxes, insurance, the activities, accommodation and other transport are  at my own cost.

Please help me to raise these much needed funds and help some very worthwhile causes.
