About my charity : The Mango Tree Orphan Support Programme The Mango Tree Orphan Support Programme
The Mango Tree helps over 10,000 orphans in Tanzania and Kenya who have lost parents to HIV/AIDS. We provide health and welfare support through over 180 local unpaid volunteers and 6 nurses, and the education and vocational training the orphans need to build sustainable, independent futures for them. We have no overheads in the UK.

My personal message:

Thanks for showing interest. The half-marathon (21 km) is on Sun August 2nd and is on a great route along the San Francisco waterfront, over the Golden Gate Bridge, and back to the finish in Golden Gate park. I've got off my perch and am now in fierce training involving a lot of pain and team exercises at 0600 every morning.
