THREE mountains. Three journalists. Just 24 hours.
The Medway Messenger’s fearless reporting team is putting on its walking boots and getting ready to do the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of CPC Kent.
The three of us - Jenni Horn, Keyan Milanian and Sarah Shaffi - are among a group of people who will have to climb the three highest mountains in Britain in just one day for the charity.
We'll start our journey at 6am on Saturday, May 8 with Ben Nevis in Scotland, move on to Scafell Pike in Cumbria and finish at 5am on Sunday, May 9 at Snowdon in Wales.
We need to raise £1,500 for CPC Kent, which will go to helping children with cerebral palsy. The charity runs the Smiley Steps Centre in Cliffe, which has to raise £250,000 a year to keep going.
The centre is funded completely through voluntary donations and fundraising events like the Three Peaks Challenge.
Please remember to Gift Aid your donations.
