My story

 
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. By beautiful boy was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy last year.   This severe muscle wasting disease will leave my darling boy dependent upon a wheelchair, will destroy all his upper body function and take him from me in his 20's.   Time is running out and we need a cure for this awful illness.   I can't do much on my own to find a cure but I can support PPUK who lobby the Department of Health and fund their own research projects.   There are the seeds of hope out there but it is going cost a lot of money.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Parent Project UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
