This year I'm looking to improve on my previous best Marathon time which some of you will recall was recorded by calendar and not stopwatch!

Once again I'm running for a charity that has a special personal significance for me and have tied up with the Renal Care Unit at Derby City Hospital.  All the staff at the unit provide excellent care and I'm delighted to have this opportunity to say thank-you.
