Hi everyone, on April 30th - May 2nd, me and the rest of Red Watch Chelsea Fire Station are taking part in a 40 mile Charity canoe race down the River Wye in Herefordshire from Hereford to Symonds Yat this will be over 2 days.

It will be in aid of the Charity 'Help for Heroes' which deals with injured service personnel from Afganistan and iraq, you may or may not of heard of them but for more info check out there website www.helpforheroes.org.uk
