In 2008 for this charity, I plan to undertake a walking challenge covering a distance of not less than 500 km across the UK and Europe, participating in a series of marathon walking and other fundraising events. I have chosen to raise funds for the Army Benevolent Fund in 2008 as I want to make a contribution towards this Charity's excellent goals and objectives. The demand for the type of support this charity offers has never been higher due to the impact of current operational commitments in Iraq and Afghanistan, and other theatres. The money I raise will all be donated to the ABF's Current Operations Fund.
