I'm raising money for joining jack a charity very close to my heart. When my friend messaged me in 2011 telling me her son had been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy I didn't quite understand what the condition was. When I read about it I was deeply shocked that such a horrific disease could exist and heartbroken that there be no cure. 2 Years on the charity is talked about worldwide, awareness is being raised on all levels and money is being raised from events on all scales and put into a number of research projects. However there is still lots of research to be done and I can't sit back and wait for that news and will continue to help in any way I can. 

This august I am cycling 100k in the manchester 100 with a team of hundreds to help raise money for vital research. So please if you can help in any way even if it's a £1 every penny counts!
