Thank you for visiting my page! On 15th June 2009, 20 fellow pilgrims will be joining me on the safeHands Pilgrims Walk for Life - 130km in northern Spain over 6 days to Santiago de Compostela. Many of you know about the outstanding work of safeHands; reducing maternal and infant mortality through training - where it is simple but effective in developing countries.
The money we raise will be used to support our projects and purchase solar powered, portable DVDs to deliver our training in remote areas where we will create those much needed 'safe hands'. Please remember that every minute one woman dies through pregancy-related causes.
