Dear people of Bristol...and others we've talked into logging on!
In a fit of panic over going into the next box on the age bracket - I (Naisher) decided it was too expensive getting a silly new car - or getting a tattoo - so instead I decided to add 'fundraise for a good cause' to my list of things to do...
So - after discussing this at length with other unfit teachers, we decided to DO SOMMAT!
So here we are - we're running..not a 5K...but a mammoth 10K race! We will be persuing an intensive regime - with the help of some classic aerobics DVDs, the school fields and a Wii Fit...there will be no expense (or major organ) spared!
It's for a cause close to the heart of some of us in school - many of who know someone with a spinal injury...the SSIT are a fantastic charity, who really try to make a difference and help people affected by spinal injuries...
Anyhoo - please give some dosh - it would be appreciated on a huge scale!
Thanks for visiting...
