About my charity : Helen & Douglas House Helen & Douglas House
Helen & Douglas House is a registered charity providing respite and end of life care for children and young adults with life-shortening conditions, as well as support and friendship for the whole family. The two hospice houses are bright, vibrant and positive places, where the emphasis is on living life to the full, even when that life may be short.

My personal message:

On the 12th sept 2007 a dear friend's nephew passed away from cancer at the tender age of 11.

As parents we can never imagine the pain this would cause us.

I will be running the London marathon in memory of Tom for the charity  'Helen and Douglas House.' A hospice for children and young adults.

All your support will make such a difference to the lives of these sick children and families. Any ammount is so appreciated.

Or if you have the energy, come along and shout out my name. I will need it!
