My personal message:

Well here we go again!  After last years incident on Tower Bridge which upset my target time of 4 hours, I'm hoping for an injury free 15 weeks of training to get under it this year!  So far things seem to be going well, so fingers crossed please!

Once again, rather than just running for the hell of it, I am supporting Asthma UK, and if you can spare anything to help the cause I'd be more than grateful.  Last year, probably because it was my first marathon, I managed to raise £1,025-00 and if I can get half of that I will be happy this year.
