One in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. This means that someone you know is currently suffering from some form of mental illness, whether you realise it or not!
This worries me.....So I'd like to help improve this statistic.
The money raised from doing this run will potentially help any one of us when we need it the most, and there is a fair chance that YOU could be that person needing help one day!
