On the 29th July 2011 The Midcounties Co-operative’s Society Marketing Team will climb Snowdon to raise money for the Society’s charity partner, Women’s Aid.
We will take the Llanberis Track to the summit of the highest mountain in England and Wales, Tweeting and taking photos on the way so you can follow our progress. With fitness levels of the team varying from gym bunny to couch potato, we’ll all be attempting to reach the top of this 1085 metre mountain with no training.
Women’s Aid supports women and children affected by domestic violence, something that will directly affect one in four women during their lifetime. We are aiming to raise a minimum of £250 for Women’s Aid so please give whatever you can to support us, and this very worthy charity. So please do donate whatever you can and help us bring an end to domestic violence.
