Welcome to my Beg People for Money Page!!!!

Woo hoo! It was 18 months ago since I first put on a pair of smelly trainers and wobbled to Putney bridge and back (around 2 K), before collapsing on the sofa at home.  And the rest, is history still in the making !

You see, these days I run 10 K several times a week which makes me think I'm a bit hooked on my own neurotransmitters, like endorphin.

So don't start kids, don't ever start running. It's a slippery slope and you'll end up like me, asking people for money to fund your habit.

Epilepsy runs in my family, so I have decided to run for the National Society for Epilepsy  .
