My grandfather died recently of stomach cancer, and my dad is suffering from bone and prostate cancer. I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by doing the Ironman Wales 2014 triathlon - 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles on the bike and a 26.2 mile marathon to finish, a total of 140.6 miles!
