Well that was without doubt the single most physically demanding thing I have ever put my body through. A big thank you to those who have sponsored but please tell anyone it is still possible to donate online.

We have reached our initial target but the more we can raise the better. Just to reminder you the day's intinerary was-

Start at Tudor Park 4.15 am

Leeds Castle 7.00 am 

The Ridge 9.00 am

Biddenden 12.40 pm 

Chart Hills 2..20 pm

Weald Of Kent 6.00 pm

I staggered  down the 18th at the Weald (and my 100th) around 9 pm.
