The team at Princess Alice Hospice have given a huge amount of support to a good friend and her family, and I wanted to try and do something to raise awareness of this fantastic local charity, and hopefully raise some money to support them in the process. I'm competing in three races, with the London Marathon in April being the "big one". I will also be racing the Ras Al Khaimah half marathon in February, and the Abu Dhabi International Triathlon in March.
