Milton keynes sands is a local branch of national sands. We aim to provide support to anyone affected by the death of a baby. We are a completely self funded group. Donations help towards the running costs of the group helping us to provide the essential support that bereaved parents need.
Donations also help us to provide Milton Keynes hospital with memory cards, information leaflets, memory boxes, and bereavement study days.
Presently we are also fund raising for a hospital double bed for the new bereavment room on delivery suit. This is going to cost £2000. We would also like to contribute to other furnishings for the room such as art work for the walls.
