Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please, please, dig deep and sponsor us today!

We are getting on our bikes (for the first time in about 30 YEARS!!!) and cycling over 400 kms to help the International Childcare Trust (ICT) make a difference to the lives of some of the world's most vulnerable children.

You may not realise but we recently raised the target by £12,000 to £20,000 and we know we can't do it on our own! We encourage and invite you to get a team of supporters to hold an event and give others the opportunity to donate as well. If you would like support from me to do that then email us and we will add you to our team of global 'hope pedallers' - Julian's suggestion!

Come and join us, have fun and give the children a chance!

These are kids who have been displaced by extreme poverty, abuse, exploitation and disease - street children, child soldiers, child labourers, AIDS orphans, and so on. ICT is not an aid agency; it focuses on long-term prevention and rehabilitation of children by working in partnership with local groups.

Your generosity inspires us and makes a difference to the children we are helping. To give you some ideas: £5 pays for 20 tetanus vaccinations; £50 would provide the salary for an outreach teacher to children who have no access to formal education; £100 enables a poor family to replace a leaking roof.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: International Childcare Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thank you so much for your support.
