I'm running the Glasgow Half-Marathon on Sunday 6 September 2009 and I've decided that I can take this opportunity not only to achieve a dream I've had for a while but also to help a very worthy cause - Macmillan Cancer Support.

Both my family and Neil's family have been affected by cancer...and we all know how hard this can be on not only the patient but also their family. Macmillan were there for the people in my life that needed it when they needed it most - watching a loved one struggling with Cancer.
