Can you believe it?
Yes, that's right - on 13th June I will be running 5k in Greenwich Park, dressed as a superhero!
I am trying to raise as much money as possible for The CAIRN Trust, a fantastic charity that helps educate children in the mountain regions of Nepal. If I manage to raise £80, that will pay for a child in Nepal to go to school for a year, including all its educational supplies. If possible, I'd like to raise even more so please give generously!
For more information on The CAIRN Trust, please visit their website: www.cairntrust.org
If you're in Greenwich on the 13th June, please come down and support me (or just laugh at my ridiculous outfit!) - I am still open to superhero costume suggestions, so please leave your comments :) Also, if you'd like to run with me and help raise even more money, then please let me know, as I'm currently building a small team of superhero runners.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So even if you can only donate a small amount, in Nepal a little goes a long way!
Thank you xxx
