Yes, I am off again! At the present time there are just two of us going to the north western part of Mongolia in August 2008 (I'm hoping that I might be able to encourage some more people to join us) to horse ride approximately 150 miles in support of CAMDA. For those of you who make the comment 'it's just an excuse for a holiday' then come and join us, and then see if you feel the same. Temperatures can drop to - 20 at night, fine if you are in a hotel, but we'll be in tents! The wind in the day time can be bitter but can change very quickly to a more gentle climate. I'm only there for two weeks but the Mongolian people have to cope with this all their lives, and it is so important that the Nomads get the support that CAMDA can give. CAMDA is only a small charity but undertakes incredible work in Mongolia (www.camda.org.uk) which is why it would be marvellous if you would consider supporting their great work by sponsoring me please. Thank you.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cambridge Mongolian Disaster Appeal (CAMDA) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
