Hi,
It will be my first triathlon ever!
In January 2008 I decided enough is enough, got up from the sofa, went to the first newsagent, bought a fitness magazine where I found information about women's only triathlon I didn't give it a second thought. I signed up.
I hardly knew what triathlon was.
I wasn't swimming for ages (not including odd Sunday "swim" with my 3year old daughter, was out of breath after 5 min run, while cycling was sporadic Sunday family activity.
The goal is:
open water swim 200m
cycling 5km
run 2.5km
