The MRCofS is the representative and coordinating body for mountain rescue services in Scotland. It organises seminars, national conferences and training courses, provides grant aid to member Teams, and produces the magazine "Casbag". In addition, it collates and analyses all mountain accident information in Scotland and produces an annual report.
